Brother in need of advice and guidance

I will keep this brief and to the point. I am a 33yr old male. In 2006 i fell 2 stories off a building and since then have had 3 fusions l3 through l5 iwas on 175mcg of fentenal for pain. The medication ruined my life i went through a detox program while going through this my wife left me. I take nothing now because there is not painkiller available here in Ut that i can take thats non opiode. I have had to move home w my mother and have been unable to hold a job because of my dibilitating anguish. I am feeling helpless and hopeless and have found relief from only on thing cannabis. I have no family outside of Ut. but am desperate to move because i know that i can live a somewhat normal life w cannabis not man made painkillers that take ur life slowly away. I have applied for ssdisability and was denied and because of that cant qualify for state assitance till ssdisability approves me. I need help relocating and am hoping someone has some advice on how i could make this a reality. THANK YOU to anyone willing to reply or tallk to me about options.
